When should I sign up for Medicare?


You can contact social security three months before the month of your 65th birthday to sign up for your Medicare coverage.

When can I sign up for a Medicare Advantage or Part D plan when I am in my IEP (Initial Election Period)?


You can sign up the three months before the month the medicare goes into effect, the month of effective date, or the three months following the effective date.  You can be penalized for every full month that you are eligible for Part D coverage and go without it after this IEP.

How can I qualify for a subsidy through the ACA? (Affordable Care act)


There are income restrictions depending on how many people are in your household.  The insured can't have a group option that costs less than 9.5% of the insured's household income.  Ask Clint for more details and to see if you could qualify!
